Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle was found hanging on the prep sink with
bleach water in it and was not marked.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent contamination mark the spray bottle. Action Taken: The bottle was marked,
and moved, violation corrected.
Code citation: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers
taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.
