Would you like to combine heating cost savings and environmentally
friendly heat generation? Then you should consider a heat pump.

x-change heat pumps from Kermi use the heat out of the ambient air,
the ground or the groundwater. This heat is not only available without
limit, it involves no additional cost and is climate-neutral, as well. In
contrast to other conventional heating systems, fossil fuels play only
a minor role in the generation of thermal energy by heat pumps; only
a small amount of electricity is needed. With a heat pump, you are
independent of fossil fuels and their price increases and the pumps
also contribute actively to reduction of CO2 emissions and climate
protection.
This is how a heat pump works
Basically, a heat pump is like a refrigerator – but operates in reverse. It
uses thermal energy from the ground, the groundwater or the ambient
air and transforms it into heat for heating. This works even at low
temperatures. In a closed circuit, refrigerant vapour is compressed and
then condensed again after compression. The released heat during
this process is enough for comfortable space heating and domestic
water heating.
Unlike conventional heat pumps, most of the models of the x-change
series offer a wide modulation range. This means that the output is
adjusted to the actual energy demand automatically. When operating
in the prevalent partial-load mode, optimal efficiency, less emission of
noise and additional energy savings are ensured.
