2. Running the application

For Windows®
Ensure that Windows® XP, Vista, 7 or 8 is running with no other applications open.
Insert Ace! Teacher's Resource CD-ROM into your DVD-ROM/CD-ROM drive.
The application should start automatically.
If it does not start automatically, then do the following:
- Double-click on My Computer.
- Double-click on the Ace! icon.
- Double-click on the 'start.exe' icon.
The application should now start.

For Mac®
* Insert Ace! Teacher's Resource CD-ROM into your DVD-ROM/CD-ROM drive.
* Double click on the Ace! icon.
* Right click on the icon for the 'start.html' file and select to open with
Safari®.

For Linux
* Insert Ace! Teacher's Resource CD-ROM into your DVD-ROM/CD-ROM drive.
* Double click on the Ace! icon.
* Right click on the icon for the 'start.html' file and select to open with
Mozilla®.

In order to open the editable worksheets you must have an application installed
that will open and edit .doc files, such as Microsoft Word (97 or higher).

In order to view all other material you must have an application installed that
will open .pdf files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (6.0 or higher).

3. Technical support

If you experience any problems with this product, please check that your machine
matches or exceeds the minimum system requirements in point 1 above and that you
are following the steps outlined in point 2 above.

If these do not help, do the following:

* Email us with your query at: atencionalprofesorado@oup.es. Be sure to provide the
following information:
* Operating system (e.g. Windows XP)
* Amount of RAM
* Processor speed
* Description of error or problem
* Actions before error occurred
* Number of times the error has occurred
* Is the error repeatable?

Please note that these support details are for Ace! Teacher's Resource CD-ROM only.
We will not be able to assist you with any problems encountered when running any
software that is not included on this DVD-ROM/CD-ROM.
