SC - CS
The entire Program is full time 2 year and 4 semesters Program. For 3 semesters there will be 4 theory
courses and 1Lab course. The last semester will be Industrial training/project. This Program will prepare
students to think about programming languages analytically.
Eligibility: Passed (a) B.Sc. degree with Computer Science as a core subject or (b) B.Sc. in Information
Technology and Management or (c) B.Sc. in Information Science and Telecommunication or (d) BCA
with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying examination.

Faculty
RCM has Industry oriented and academically highly qualified faculties members having Phd’s.
Library
RCM library is one of the best equipped in terms of the number of books, back volumes & journals. The
Digital Library has a good collection of CD-ROMs to which students have free access. The services of
the library are fully automated.
Hostels and other facilities
RCM offers residential accommodation to nearly 500 students. There are 2 hostels for Boys and 1 hostel
for Girls. A guesthouse caters to the requirements of the guests and visiting faculty of the college.
360 Developments
RCM maintains a high standard of teaching & provides unique learning opportunities for students like:
Career Development Center (CDC) Intensive coaching and training is provided in shaping their
leadership qualities in areas like aptitude tests, group discussions and interviewing. Special emphasis is
laid on developing soft skills like communication, presentation, teamwork and networking.
Center for Skill Development (CSD) It does this by assessing the skill demand of the corporate sector
and develops appropriate training programs. Students also make use of infrastructure facilities to take up
value added certifications on Oracle, JAVA Analytics etc.
Computer Lab
The College has three (2 for UG and 1 for PG) well furnished, sophisticated and spacious computer
laboratories. Equipped with latest computers, software, the Labs are also provided with Internet facility,
server, UPS and Genset Backup.
Seminar Hall and Auditorium
College has well equipped seminar hall which is used for conducting seminars, lectures and workshops
on various topics for students. The students of the college are also benefitted by a well-equipped, highly
sophisticated auditorium with a seating capacity of over 300 students at a stretch.
Industrial Tour: Training department organizes different industrial tours and visits to
National/International location like Malaysia, Singapore in which students are given exposure to
different industries.
