Out of sight, out of mind

It is true that cliché involves many effects of the

relationship between two young people, but there are
exceptions to this rule. This doesn’t apply to everybody. I
consider that are cases when two people do not see each other
for a long time.
First of all, a relationship recently built which must be kept
distance takes the risk of being destroyed. An important cause
in this case is the little time the young people spend together. A
true relationship must survive under difficult circumstances; it
requires a strong basis and strong feelings. Moreover, it is vital
for both young people to have the will of not forgetting each
other.
Secondly, it is also possible that two people may forget
each other even if they keep visual contact. There may be
elements which contribute to the destruction of their
relationship. In this case, we can influence it, such as:
indifference, lack of interest and even the lack of true feelings.
In conclusion, this cliché cannot characterize all
relationship, but everything depends on people, feelings and
circumstances.
History
History is among the subject whom pupils must study in
school and the opinion about it are different from one person
to another.
First of all, many people consider history to be very
important: we wouldn’t understand where we are now if we
didn’t learn about the economic, social, political and cultural
events of the world throughout the censures. We can always
draw a comparison between the events, which took place in
the past and those which happen nowadays. Moreover, the
personalities who sloped the history in time will be forever
models to be followed and admired. History is a lesson to be
taught and people will always connect to it at the most difficult
moments of their lives.
We are told that we have to study history in school
because it provides us with valuable information about the
past. I agree that we would be poorer if we didn’t know
anything about mankind’s development in time. It tells about
courage, dignity, truth and loyalty, about famous battles for
power, for land, but it is also about hate, betrayal which gives
and shows us everything.
Secondly, there are people who say that history is no use
studying, because it is boring an uninteresting. Moreover, they
say that we have to learn by heart too many years and names
which is worthless. They also say that they are not interested in
the past but in the future.
In conclusion, I agree with those people who consider that
we should pay attention to studying history, even if it might be
sometimes difficult. And I tell all those who reject history that
there is no future without past.
The Internet

Nowadays the Internet offers an extremely easy way of getting informed in all fields of
human activity. But using the Internat has both advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, everyone admits that the Internet is the easiest way of getting information
and knowledge. It is very useful in facile communication and less expensive when it is to contact
the others- friends, relativesm colleagues- that the telephone, the mobile photne, letters,
telegrammes etc. Every day we need information, we hear new words and we want to get their
meaning by using the DEX-on –line. We go to the Internet when we want to find more about an
event, some personalities and nobody else is there to help us in this regard.

On the other hand, the Internet is known to have a negative impact in people,
espeacially young people. By sitting in front of the computer screen, people become addicted
to it. The games are so exciting and pupils forget abput school and homework. The grown- ups
finish by making up virtual lives which disconnect them from the reality. More and more time
spent in the company of the Internet leads to isolation and health affection- both on mintal and
physical levels. The dangers are still more far those who cannot avoid the Internet. While
looking for new ways of intertainment and new possibilities of earning money they take the risk
of getting in games online or false countest which implay money or contact the hakers who
send virus online, and then they have a computer less.

In conclusion, we must learn to use only the positive side of the Internet, things which
some time ago were achieved traditionally through physical work are nowadays done by means
of the Internet. So, I consider this is the key to manking’s development in the future, just as it
been so far.
Means of transport

Most of the people who had the change to travel both in the present say that they prefer the
means of transportation from nowadays. But, like anything in the world it has both advantages
and disadvantages.

First of all, it is known that in the past long distances were generally crossed on water. The cork,
boat and then motorboat represented means of transport which needed much effort and time.
Over time, it has been noticed an evolution that led to the invention ship and yachts, modern
means which offer all the comfort. If it is to think about the Air Transport it can be said that it the
fasted means, providing the opportunity to pass over oceans in a relatively short time. The planes
and helicopters from today represent the highest level comfort. They are relaxing and you can
even serve delicious snacks and refreshments.

Anyway the means of transport were that are most commonly used are the terrestrial ones in the
Middle Age, people used donkeys and horses for riding and tractions and only later it has been
invented the cycling, the cart, the bus, the trolleybus, the train, the cars, the coach or the subway.

In time all these means have been improved and became very useful and irreplaceable to the
present society. On of the drawbacks of the means of transport we use today is the damage it
cause to the nature because the population wouldn’t be so advanced if the means of transport we
use were not so harmful. It is also said about all means of transport that they determined the
appearance of the sedentariness.

The lack of exercise in the modern society is a consequence of the intense use of cars, because
when people tend to drive even to shop from the next corner they get used to it and walking
becomes something they prefer to ignore. Therefore we should think twice before deciding that
saving time in the most important thing to be taken into consideration.

Another disadvantages of the modern means of transport is the crowed that can be formed when
too many people use the bus or the train, for example.

In conclusion, I agree that man is exposed the constant evolution and so are all the means og=f
transportation, which although are very important and beneficial cannot be perfect.
