Professional Experience

Personnel Service Center Manager 2014 - present


 Manages and supervises personnel activities, programs and customer service for a national
call and service center. Oversees two divisions and nine branches delivering personnel
services to 1.3M serving and retired military customers – performance evaluations,
recognition, retirements, promotions, casualties, education benefits, separations, various
documentation requests
 Oversees, develops and manages employee training ensuring proper utilization and
development of 160 employees of diverse culture, age, experience and backgrounds
