surrounding including working environment.
2. To provide a safe, effective and reliable system
after HAZOP is carried out.
3. To improve the understanding of the process.

plan and corresponding
response procedures for
emergency preparedness.
3. To make sure that all
facilities receive the same
information to be in case of
emergency.

GENERAL EVACUATION PROCEDURES:-
When fire alarm activated, leave the building immediately
and follow the instructions given by emergency responders.
Get your workplace ready to be left unattended, turn off
electrical equipment, if safe to do so.
Exit the building by using nearest exit and avoid using
elevators.
If the nearest exit or exit stairwell is filled with fire, smoke
or other hazards, please proceed to another one.
During stairwell evacuation, hold the handrail and not
pushing other people.
Assemble at the designated assembly area and wait for
instructions from emergency personnel.
Do not re-enter the building without permission from
emergency personnel.

OBJECTIVES :

1. To ensure an optimum utilization of the

provided space can be done efficiently.
2. To minimize the movement in the plant.
3. To ensure that the operation in the plant
can be conducted in a good work flow
condition.
4. To ensure the safety of all personnel and
provision of amenities to the employees.
