1.0 INTRODUCTION

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord
and Cherisher of Mankind, peace be upon His Prophet, Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, our greatly
respected sahabah and to the Believers.

Development in the physical, mental and spiritual are the most important aspects that
must be inculcated amongst the students of IIUM as they are the perspective that will be
invigilated in the students in the real world later. Therefore, sports are the best way that will
enhance these skills among students as it can train and help them to be physically healthy,
mentally active, spiritually conscious and of course, intellectually excellent.

Thus, the Mahallah Reprsentative Committee 2016 (MRC), Mahallah Salahuddin ,

International Islamic University Malaysia has agreed to organize the Fit @ Salahuddin 2016.
FIT@SALA is the annual event of Mahallah Salahuddin.

The theme chosen for this upcoming event is “Today we are athlete, tomorrow we are
Islamic warriors”. We are very concern in helping the university to produce students with
capabilities in a lot of aspects including the sports and at the same time trying to enhance the
spirit of the Islamic warriors who can inspire us to generate the future generation with Islam,
which are the students themselves.

With the vision of the university which is Islamization, Internationalization, Integration

and Comprehensive Excellence, therefore, through this programme we aim to help the students
to explore their true potentials as there are many chances for them to improve their sports
skills and mould their personalities. In addition, we also hope to instill the sense of Islamic
brotherhood among all of the students and build the bridge of ukhuwwah in order for us to
follow His words in surah Al-Hujurat verse 13:

“O mankind! We created you from a single pair of male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you
may know each other…”

Therefore, this proposal is made to seek the university’s authority on the proposed
Fit @ Salahuddin 2016.

2.0 OBJECTIVE

To promote the concept of Islamization in sport.

To enhance interpersonal skills and embrace IIUM spirit among the students.
To create a positive and lasting change for the environment and communities.
To simplify ukhuwah based on Islamization concept.
To promote healthy and competitive lifestyle.
To enable bonding between MSA residents from different background of studies
To detect any potential players for upcoming IIUM Sports Championship (ISC).

With excellent and responsible committees along with our experienced patron mission,
we look forward in providing the best helping hand that we can. We aim to create the awareness
towards the sirah of the Islamic warriors that have been forgotten by us. Therefore, it is our
