如是我聞：一時，薄伽梵在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園，與大比丘眾千二百五十人
俱。

Thus I have heard. At one time, the Buddha dwelt at Shravasti in the Jetavana Grove,
together with twelve hundred fifty great bhikshus.

爾時，佛告諸比丘：
er shi fo gao zhu bi qiu
At that time, the Buddha told the bhikshus:

「有天名摩利支天，常行日前。
彼摩利支天，無人能見，
無人能捉，不為人欺誑，
不為人縛，不為人債其財務，
不為怨家能得其便。」
「you tian ming mo li zhi tian chang xing ri qian
bi mo li zhi tian wu ren neng jian
wu ren neng zhuo bu wei ren qi kuang
bu wei ren fu bu wei ren zhai qi cai wu
bu wei yuan jia neng de qi bian」
“There is a deva named Marici, who is the forerunner of the sun.
Marici cannot be seen, caught, bullied, or bound by anyone.
Nobody can remain indebted to Marici,
Nobody can take advantage of Marici. “

佛告諸比丘：
「若有人知彼摩利支天名者，
彼人亦不可見，亦不可捉
不為人欺誑，不為人縛，
不為人債其財務，
不為怨家能得其便。」
fo gao zhu bi qiu :
「ruo you ren zhi bi mo li zhi tian ming zhe
bi ren yi bu ke jian yi bu ke zhuo
bu wei ren qi kuang bu wei ren fu
bu wei ren zhai qi cai wu
bu wei yuan jia neng de qi bian」
The Buddha told the bhikshus:
“If one knows the name of Marici,
One also cannot be seen, caught, bullied, or bound.
Nobody can remain indebted to one,
Nobody can take advantage of one.”

佛告諸比丘：
「若有善男子、善女人，
聞是摩利支天名者，應作是言：
『我弟子某甲知彼摩利支天名，
故無人能見我，無人能捉我，
不為人欺誑我，不為人縛我，
不為人債我財務，
不為怨家能得我便。』
fo gao zhu bi qiu:
「ruo you shan nan zi shan nuu ren
wen shi mo li zhi tian ming zhe ying zuo shi yan
『 wo di zi mou jia zhi bi mo li zhi tian ming
gu wu ren neng jian wo wu ren neng zhuo wo
bu wei ren qi kuang wo bu wei ren fu wo
bu wei ren zhai wo cai wu
bu wei yuan jia neng de wo bian 』
The Buddha told the bhikshus:
“Any virtuous man or virtuous woman,
who hears the name of Marici, should recite this:
“I, student ______, know the name of Marici,
Thus, nobody can see me, catch me, bully me, or bind me.
Nobody can remain indebted to me,
Nobody can take advantage of me.”

爾時，世尊即說咒曰：
「但至他。安伽末私。末伽末私。
支婆羅末私。摩訶支婆羅末私。
安多利他挪摩沙訶。」
er shi shi zun ji shuo zhou yue
“dan-zhi-ta an-jia-mo-si mo-jia-mo-si zhi-po-luo-mo-si mo-he-zhi-po-luo-mo-si an-duo-li-ta namo soha.”
At that moment, the Buddha recited the mantra:
“dan-zhi-ta an-jia-mo-si mo-jia-mo-si zhi-po-luo-mo-si mo-he-zhi-po-luo-mo-si an-duo-li-ta
namo soha.”

「於行路中護我，非行路中護我，
晝日護我，夜中護我，
於惡怨家中護我，王難中護我，
賊難中護我，一切處、
一切時護我，弟子某甲。娑婆訶。」
「yu xing lu zhong hu wo fei xing lu zhong hu wo
zhou ri hu wo ye zhong hu wo
yu e yuan jia zhong hu wo wang nan zhong hu wo
zei nan zhong hu wo yi qie chu
yi qie shi hu wo di zi mou jia suo po he」
“Protect me while I’m walking; protect me while I’m not walking;
protect me during daylight; protect me during nighttime;
protect me in an enemy’s house; protect me from political oppression; protect me from
robbery; protect me from all misfortune everywhere and every time, student ______, soha.”

佛告諸比丘：「若有善男子、善女人、
比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷、
國王、大臣及諸人民等，
聞是摩利支天陀羅尼，
一心受持者，不為如上諸惡所害。」
fo gao zhu bi qiu 「ruo you shan nan zi shan nuu ren
bi qiu bi qiu ni you po sai you po yi
guo wang da chen ji zhu ren min deng
wen shi mo li zhi tian tuo luo ni
yi xin shou chi zhe bu wei ru shang zhu e suo hai」
The Buddha told the bhikshus:
“Any virtuous man, virtuous woman, bhikshu, bhikshuni,
upasaka, upasika, king, minister, citizen, and so on, who hears the mantra of Marici and
sincerely recites it, will not be harmed by any dangers aforesaid.”

佛告諸比丘：「若有人能書寫、
讀誦、受持者，若著髻中，
若著衣中，隨身而行﹔一切諸惡，
悉皆退散，無敢當者。」
時諸比丘聞佛所說已，歡喜奉行。
摩利支天菩薩心咒：嗡。摩利支玉。梭哈。
fo gao zhu bi qiu 「ruo you ren neng shu xie
du song shou chi zhe ruo zhu ji zhong
ruo zhu yi zhong sui shen er xing yi qie zhu e
xi jie tui san wu gan dang zhe」
shi zhu bi qiu wen fo suo shuo yi huan xi feng xing
mo li zhi tian pu sa xin zhou weng mo li zhi yu suo ha
The Buddha told the bhikshus:
“If one can write this sutra,
recite it, uphold it, wear it in one’s hair,
keep it in one’s clothes, carry it with one at all times, then
all disasters will disappear, and nothing will dare to obstruct one.
After the bhikshus heard the Buddha’s teaching, they joyfully followed and practiced it.

Marici Deva’s Mantra: Om mo-li-zhi-yu soha

 佛說摩利支天經一千遍
一圈一遍, 全部圈完即一千遍
(One circle represents one sutra. When all circles are completed,
one has recited the sutra 1000 times)
