We are pleased to be of service to you. Please find below our service procedures:

Longevity Niche Geomancy

(1) Required during registration:

(a) Date, time and country of birth of the owner
(b) Address of the location for the selection of niche
(c) Floor plan of the location with units available for selection indicated on it
(d) Full payment of consultation fees

* (2) Master and his assistant will visit the premises on the appointed date to take
measurements and assess its geomancy. Photographs will be taken and necessary data
noted down. (Note: The owner has to be present at the site.)

**(3) An appointment will be arranged at our office approximately 2 weeks after the
Assessment. Master will provide a brief life analysis of the owner, explain and hand
over the “Longevity Niche Geomancy Proposal” to you for safekeeping.
The proposal includes:
(a) Computer draft plan indicating the best location for the longevity niche
(b) Auspicious date to establish the longevity niche
(c) Brief life analysis of the owner

*(4) Master will preside over the Fortune Enhancement Ceremony on the auspicious date
selected by him. (Note: The owner has to be present at the site.)

**NOTE**
The auspicious date and location recommended by Master are based on the sitting and facing
directions of the niche, and the owner’s Eight Characters and luck cycle in that particular year.
The selection of the auspicious date and location will bring good fortune to the owner now and
the descendants in the future. Hence, Master hopes that clients will cooperate fully by adhering
to his proposal so as to achieve the effects of geomancy.

(a) 主人的中英历出生日期、时间及地点
(b) 安置长生禄位的地址
(c) 安置长生禄位的平面图，并注明可供选择的单位
(d) 全部的收费

*(2)师父与助手将于预定日期准时到现场进行风水测量工作及摄影，并将全部所需档案详加
记录。（注：主人须在场）

**(3)测量风水方位后的两个星期左右，师父将在预约时间于本公司亲自将《正道长生禄位风
水改良建议报告》交给您保存并详加解释。
报告的内容包括: (a) 电脑绘制的长生禄位最佳位置图
(b) 安置长生禄位之吉日
(c) 主人的八字分析

*(4) 安长生禄位之日，师父将到现场进行善基增旺法。
（注：主人须在场）

**注**
师父所择之吉日吉位，是根据禄位的坐向、主人的八字及岁运的吉凶来安排。吉日吉
位将为主人带来好运，同时起着福荫后代的作用。故希望客户能尽量合作，遵循及使
用师父所安排的建议，以达到风水的辅助作用。
