POSITION DESCRIPTION
DEAN OF DISCIPLINE

Performance Responsibilities

Oversees all student discipline in grades K-12 and performs administrative tasks, e.g.; teacher

observations etc. as directed by the principal.

1. Oversees student attendance

2. Resolves all discipline problems in a fair and just manner, and maintains records

3. Assists in developing and administering practices dealing with campus control and security

4. Confers with parents, teachers, counselors, support service personnel, and students on

matters of discipline and welfare.

5. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the principal may assign.

Qualifications

 SBL or SAS Certification required

 Experience and success as secondary Dean
