This letter formally acknowledges your appointment to serve as Adviser for the Capstone project entitled
Xhander’s Online Reservation and Ordering System with SMS Notification of PJ ISIP, MEMBER2,
MEMBER3, MEMBER4, MEMBER5, who are students in the BSIT program at the College of Information
and Communications Technology, Bulacan State University.

It is the adviser’s responsibility to ensure that the students have developed an adequate base of knowledge and
skills needed to complete the proposed research at a level appropriate for graduation from BulSU.

As adviser, you are expected to:

• Have a high interest in the research;
• Guide the group in the research and development process by providing timely advices;
• Attend the group’s presentations and provide feedbacks that will ensure success;
• Review and correct the project paper – its contents, grammar, and completeness, together with the
group and prepare comments before its submission to the Research Methodology instructor/
Coordinator;
• Allocate regular consultation hours to the research group; and
• Promote the value of hard work, communication, and integrity throughout the development of the
research by encouraging the group to work on their own research.

As adviser, it will also be your responsibility to sign necessary documents needed by the group only after you
have reviewed it. You will also have the responsibility of signing, along with the Coordinator, the Approval
Sheet. The Approval Sheet indicates the students’ successful completion of the final capstone project. Your
signature is the crucial endorsement that confirms that the project meets or exceeds the standards of excellence
expected of BSIT students at the College of Information and Communications Technology, Bulacan State
University.

Any changes of adviser subsequent to this letter must be requested by the students in writing and are subject to
the approval of the Department Head of the BSIT Program and College Dean.
