1. NPM 2G & 3G RNO Engineer at Southern West ( Oct 2015 – Present)

o As 3G MIP Jambi area Cluster (final score 108%)

 Support Strategy & Feature trial and implementation Huawei parameter such as
OLPC, DPCH Power Control ect.,
 Daily KPI improvement, Bad spot improvement, Drive test KPI Improvement, VIP
Complain, HCR, DCBR,PACR, Capacity upgrade recommendation.

2. PT. Nexwave – RNO Roll Out RNO Telkomsel Southern West (2014 – Oct 2015)

o As Roll Out RNO Engineer,

 KPI (2G & 3G) achievement new site before commercial launch and also responsible
for cluster optimization Bengkulu, Lampung, Sumsel area.

 Achieving 3G radio network KPIs in terms of CSSR, DCR, ISHO success rate, Call
Blocking, SHO success rate and throughput through regular optimization task.

 Achieving 2G radio network KPIs in terms of CDR, HOSR, SD success rate, UL TBF SR,
DL TBF SR, TBF SR, DL Quality and throughput through regular optimization task.

 Radio Quality Analysis 2G (RQA) work following up the network health from the daily
statistics (Call drop rate, TCH & SDCCH congestion rate, Hardware problems, etc.) and solving
network problems by investigating & detecting the reasons.
  Responsible for consistency check parameter and Neighbor audit for new site and
cluster level.
