AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILING OF INCOME TAX

I, RALYNE T. SALVADOR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal
address at San Manuel, Tarlac, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I hereby attest to the fact that I am unemployed and have never
been employed and have no other business from which I can derive
any income;

2. That I did not file my income tax in accordance with the National
Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines, as I am not required by the
law to file an income tax return having no source of income;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the fact that I did not file
an income tax return for the reason stated , for all legal intents this may
serve.
