c Checklist for the Electric Connnections of the Cabinet
SN Item
1 All self-made PGND cables are copper--based with proper wire diameters. There is no
switch, fuse, or short circuit on the cable
e.
2 According to the wiring diagram of the power
p system, check whether the PGND cables
are securely connected, whether the AC C lead-in
lead in and cables inside the cabinet are
properly connected, and whether the sccrews are tightened. Ensure that no short circuit
occurs in output and input cables.
3 The redundant part of the power cable or
o PGND cable is stripped off rather than coiled.
4 The lugs at both ends of the power cablle or PGND cable are securely soldered or
crimped.

7 The connectors of all cables are secure
ely linked, especially those at the bottom of the
cabinet.
8 The cables are bound neatlyy with cable ties that are arranged
g at even intervals,, to
proper tightness, and in the same directtion.
9 The power cable and PGND cable are routed
r separately from other cables.
10 The cable layout allows easy maintenan
nce and future expansion.
11 Labels at both ends of each cable are le
egible.
12 Extra cable ties are stripped
