We developed our Small Saponification Plant to produce soap flakes starting
from oils and caustic soda solution. The soap is produced with Hot Process, also
known as semi-boiled soap.
The main strength of this Small Saponification Plant is the ability to produce small
batches of soap of about 40-50 Kilos, to be poured into small containers to be
dried in form of soap blocks that are successively transformed is soap flakes by
means of our Soap Flakers SF-100.
Our Small Soap Lines were developed to work with soap noodles available on
the market but thanks to our small saponification plant it is possible to produce
your own soap flakes that are even better than noodles to finish into our lines.

dried in form of soap blocks that are successively transformed is soap flakes by
means of our Soap Flakers SF-150.
Our Small Soap Lines were developed to work with soap noodles available on
the market, but thanks to our medium saponification plant it is possible to
produce your own soap flakes that are even better than noodles to finish into our
lines.
