Please see my comment below:

1. Is this a TCS proprietary tool ? - No, we developed it.

2. Do we need any approval to get this tool ? - I need to check this with my manager.

3. How can we install it? - There no need to install it, its a stand-alone tool. Just need
to open ports for QC/ALM and Dimension DB.
But you need to tweak the code (Java) to fit your
application/project needs.

4. Do we need any additional software to make it run? - Java 1.6 and above is enough.

We are in the critical phase of system test right now. I can help you with this after
19th August.
