I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Since we love to eat sweet delicacies, our group decides to

create a sugary product which is Graham Balls with yema. The business

name is YEHAM BALLS by BELLA'S LOVE COMPANY.

Our business plan aims to satisfy the likes/wants of the people

who will buy our products. Our product has its special ingredients that

will give our consumers, nutrition that their body need, it can afford

easily by our consumers.

Graham balls and yema are sweet snack consisting of crushed

graham crackers, condense milk and evaporated milk. This is a powerful

kind of stress reliever. You are going to love this fluffy and cute thingy.

Filipinos are known to have a sweet tooth, meaning that they

like sweet like chocolate and candies, but in today’s time, where

imported good and sweet products are prevailing, ordinary people

could not afford to buy these, since it is costly. That’s why Bella's

love company owners come up w/ an idea of sweet delicacies that are

“tatak Pinoy” which are not just affordable, but will surely suit the

Filipinos typical taste for sweet foods.

a video editing, song writers, and major in programming. He is also a Grade 12

Roselyn Demillones was also a Grade 12 ICT students, she was majoring in

animation and she also was oriented in animation.

Roberto Dela cruz was also a Grade 12 ICT students, he was majoring in

programming and he was skills in encoding.

to promote benefits that they could get from it, this is not just affordable but

also can help our body to be healthy.

Yeham Balls sweet delicacies are not only for pasalubong but also a great

source of nutrients. It's product main ingredients, milk is a source of calcium

that can help in making the consumers bones strong and body healthy, sugar,

which is also a main ingredients in making this products makes people persevere

longer and keeps them focused based on studies.

The exact problem that we observed on recognized is the customer is too


eligible and inquisitive if our merchandise is suitable to their taste.
Because some graham balls they have been common toppings and taste.

Since Filipino love sweets delicacies Bella's Love Company create a sugary

product, the purpose of it is to establish a business that will cater to people who

love sweet delicacies; to produce sweet delicacies that are healthy and affordable

and to produce a variety of sweet delicacies on which the costumers could choose

from.

Bella's Love Company initial target customers are students, teachers and
school staffs of any age and gender. These people are prone to strain and fatigue
so they need stress reliever and one way to case stress is to eat. And our product

The CEO is our need in the business. He checks all the overall routine
and situation of the business. The production managers do planning and organizing
production,schedule.Overseeing production process and ensuring the health and
safety regulation is observe. The promotional manager will direct the hiring of
advertising,promotions and writing sales targets by successfully managing the sales
team. The producer plays the role of providing goods and services.
They are responsible for turning inputs into finished outputs through a series of
production process.Promodizer contribute product samples, brochures, flyers,etc.
lastly, the sources of new sale and opportunities the sales person they direct
customers by escorting them to rocks counters and suggesting items.
