Dear Mayor Bongalonta:

This refers to the parcels of land located in Barangay Caroyroyan, pili,

Camarines Sur, which were reserved for agricultural scnoil'purpor"i'thiough
Proclamation Nos. 568 s.t932 and 626 s.f-g:: for then Camarines Sur
State
fglilultyral Colleges {CSSAC), now Central Bicol State University for Agriculture
(CBSUA). These Proclamations were amended by Proclamation
No. Sgg s.ZOO+
by segregating portions thereof for educaiional, agricultural, housing,
resettlement and internal security purposes.

After allocating the land for the different stakeholders, there is a parcel
of land, approximately Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty- Five (67,245)
square meters, which was not assigned.

Hence, the Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) decided to recommend

the same for housing purposes.

Anent thereto, may we invite you as member of the pre-proclamation

committee or the ppc (Memorandum circular No 157. s. 200g) to a joint
inspection and a meeting on 3o May 2o19, g:og A.M. we shall assemble
the Barangay Hall of caroyroyan, pili, camarines sur for the inspection.at
Thereafter, the meeting will be held at the office of the Barangay Chairman,
in
the same hall.

Dear Mayor Bongalonta:

This refers to the agreement reached during the Proclamation 593 LIAC
Meeting held on 09 May 2018, re: conduct of Pre-Proclamation Committee (PPC)
meeting on 30 May 2018.

In the aforementioned meeting, the Barangay Government of Caroyroyan

requested to be excused from serving lunch and snacks during the PPC Meeting
due to budgetary constraints. To help the barangay council and on behalf of the
Municipal Government of Pili, Atty. Rex Resuena agreed to assume the cost of
meals of approximately thirty (30) pax.

In view thereof, may we respectfully request your approval of the same.
