1. Trade and Economics
A. Both parties agree that the tariffs, which, at present, consist of of a 25% tariff for the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and 0% for the Government of Canada.
B. The parties agree to extend incentives to companies and ventures of both countries to
promote economic cooperation between corporations.
C. Signatories agree to establish relevant government processes to manage the needs of the Free
Trade Agreement, Companies and Ventures operating within the boundaries of said
agreement.
D. Both parties are hereby responsible for the security of the trade routes between the two
countries. Extending their responsibility to aircraft, naval craft and any ground methods.
2. Miscellaneous
A. The requirement of Visas shall be waivered for Citizens of either signatory travelling to the
other. Allowing Visa-free travel.
3. Revision of Agreement
B. Either party retains the right to unilaterally request a division of the Free Trade Agreement.
C. Any amendments to the agreement must receive consent from both parties, and an amended
agreement must written and signed by the parties.
D. Revised agreements shall replace the pre-existing agreement at a time determined by the
parties during re-negotiation of amendments.
