Attendance to PhilGEPs Training for Phase I (Buyers Group) for
the Month of June, 2018
This Office hereby invites all schools undertaking procurements
amounting to Php. 50,000.00 and above to attend the PhilGEPs Training
for Phase I (Buyer Group) at Mineski Infinity, 2°¢ Floor Elipe Building,
Vamenta Boulevard, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Attached herewith is the
letter from Ms. Rosa Maria M. Clemente, Exec. Director III of DBM-
Procurement Service, for further information and registration instruction.
There will be a Registration Fee of Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos
(Php. 2,400.00). Attendance to the said training will be on Official Time
Only thus, all expenses incurred shall be charged to other school funds on

marketplace for government procurement. PhUGEPS also embraces the task in helping develop procurement professionals and
partnering with other government agencies to bring about reforms that will reflect our fervor to ensure that procurement drives
further advancement in our delivery of public services to match the Filipinos’ rightly held high expectations for a government that
serves the publie’s best interests.
The PhiIGEPS System Modernization Project is on-going and is almed to improve on the technical design and architecture of the
system to ensure further efficiency and streamlining towards full implementation of electronic procurement in our country.
