 Successfully proposed a new 5 Star hotel project including 510 suites and 47 stories within a MEP budget of 45M USD;
project work included:
o Mock-up all types of rooms with mechanical, electrical and plumbing in the hotel while finding effective design for the
remaining suits.
o Conducted daily production meeting while assigning and coordinating duties of team members.
o Carried out cooling load calculation using Carrier HAP software; also selected suitable carrier FCU for rooms as well as
AHU for corridor and lobby area.
o Installed hot water system and calculated pump design.
o Managed bathroom fittings installation and water proofing the floor of bathrooms.
o Facilitated required material for main equipment including AHU, FCU, PPR pipes and fittings, hot water pump, harvest
water fittings, FRP tank, inline pump, etc.

plus HT&LT Power Distribution C/W transformer and E-Gen-set installation for new terminal 4 project Changi Airport
under main contractor Takanaka corporation CAG premises within a budget of 8,000,000 SGD; project work included:

o Designing, installing, testing and commissioning of the AHU and Ductworks and connection CHW pipes c/w valves and
air-water balance and BAS control in line with building current requirement, future demand and BCA Green mark
requirements.
o TF installation from SG power grid ( new cable pulling from U/G –(U/G cable Duct by others builders) to Transformer
step down Room ) and HT Switch Gear and FAT test and frequency test (LT switch board by others) E genset
installation 3 no’s of 625 KVA individual generators for RAMP tower ,Departure hall and arrival Hall c/w AMF and ATS
installation (LT generator)
o Also for budgeting and cost estimated for Underground hydrant works for apron and gang way area of T4 project for
existing pipe line with new NFPA standard hydrant pump and building HR and Sprinkler pump and jockey pump
o Designing, installing, testing and commissioning of the chiller plant in line with building current requirement, future
demand and BCA Green mark requirements.
o Selecting and installing BMS panel and CRAC unit while designing the unit interface panel to link Building’s BAS.
