SOLUTIONS
OPEN SOLUTION
Valves are subdivided according to their
specific function and Open stands for
wide versatility. The Open Solution has an
extraordinary engineering flexibility.
It is perfect for demanding customers
who need a superior and proficient
compressor.
OPEN-PLUS SOLUTION
Minimum pressure valves have a support
for the separator filter with an assembled
nipple. Easy usage and possibility to use
external Spin-on filters up to 75 KW.
UNIT SOLUTION
Its main feature is the integration of
several valves into one component
(minimum pressure valve, thermostatic
valve, support for oil filters and
separator). It also shows an unquestionable
user-friendliness. The Unit Solution is
suitable for customers who prefer a
practical and performing product that is
easy to use, compact and with a unique
smart design.
UNIT-PLUS SOLUTION
This is great product news. A group
assembled to the Air-end body
engendering, together with the intake
valve, a compact and extremely user-
friendly system both in terms of assembly
and management. An avant-garde
solution for customers who love design.
PACK SOLUTION
All the components are integrated into
one Pack System, available up to 7.5 KW.
It provides a wide group of elements
which are assembled, tested and
guaranteed by VMC.
It is one of the smallest compressors in
the world, user-friendly and performing
with a typical Italian style. It is suitable
for customers who need an industrial
product even at low power.

Integrated Air-end “V/VTDM”
PROFILE:
Engineered to offer maximum
performance, efficiency and lastingness.
It guarantees high airflow with minimum
energy consumption. Rotors are first
roughed and then ground. Minimum
tolerances, high precision and enhanced
performances are ensured even in a hard
condition.
BEARINGS:
Radial and axial bearings have been
designed to be long-lasting. Only first
quality bearings are used.
FRONT SEALING:
No oil loss thanks to excellent materials
and suitable dimensions.
User-friendliness for simple and fast
replacement.
APPLICATIONS:
Belt and direct connection.
ASSEMBLY:
Body parts are assembled with O-rings,
in order to guarantee an easy, fast and
reliable maintenance.
ROTOR SETTING-UP:
Threaded lockrings are used to set up
rotors during assembly phases in order to
guarantee a fast, reliable and repeatable
maintenance.
Air-end “V” series
SOLUTIONS:
VMC oil-injected Air-ends have been
engineered for great efficiency and
performance. Their advantages include
cost-containment, reduced overall
dimensions and logistics when they are
assembled to valves and accessories.
Many combinations to obtain different
solutions are possible to meet a
customer’s needs.
LUBRICATING OIL:
The use of high-quality synthetic or
mineral oils ensures lastingness and
reliability to a compressor. An oil in
good condition improves the operating
characteristics of a machine while
increasing performances.
LOGISTICS:
Valves and oil-injected Air-ends are
available to meet all of our customers’
needs. An only referent is offered for the
selection, management, supply, transport
and support phases.
TECHNICAL STAFF:
Our decennial expertise is at customers’
disposal. VMC technical staff can give
suggestions about the use, fitting,
connection or adjustment of its devices
in order to improve a customer’s
compressor performance. An efficient
service reduces costs and waste of time.
AFTER MARKET SERVICE:
Spare parts are available at VMC’s
storehouse and commercial division.
The best technical staff is at disposal to
solve any problems. Each oil-injected
Air-end has its maintenance document,
with instructions about components and
operative rules to avoid mistakes.
