Position Overview (Reporting to CEO and Board of Directors at various times): Promoted to President and COO (from
COO) when CEO left company. Charged with day-to-day operations of business including manufacturing, finance,

 Grew revenue from $3M to $27M in bookings annually.
 Served as Corporate Treasurer and Secretary and led corporate finance in absence of CFO.
