AFFIDAVIT

I, FLORY PASCUA GUTIERREZ, of legal age, married, Filipino

citizen, and a resident of Centro, Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state – THAT:
1. I bought a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
(TCT) No. 201752, of the Registry of Deeds of the Province of
Tarlac, situated in Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac registered in the
name of CONSTANCIA L. PALOMO;

2. I later decided to sell the above-described parcel of land to

CIELO GAMIT CULLISON married to Robert Cullison, of Brgy.
Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac, in the amount of SIX HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php650,000.00), Philippine
currency, which we acknowledge to have received in full;

3. I am aware that the transfer of the title of the above-mentioned

parcel of land was done through an affidavit of self-adjudication
with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the registered owner
thereof, Constancia Palomo, albeit I received the proceeds of the
sale thereof being the prior buyer;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing declarations and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
