folk songs. Indigenous music covers
instrumental forms. These instruments
include those of what are made of
bamboo, metal and wood, and are
used in various rituals and secular
activities of the people.

hunting.

It is played in two different ways:


1. Gangsa toppaya is played with
palms of the hand followed by a
strong slap and slide from the
center to the outer edge.

2. Gangsa pattung is struck with


sticks.
