i) Microcontroller must have a higher clock frequency.


Because as shown in the diagram the objects are moving fast so the microcontroller must be
able to quickly determine the colour and activate the air gun. So the clock cycle must take small
time.
Microcontroller must have enough pins to connect all the hardware.

ii) Weight sensor (Load cell).


We can get the weight of the magnetic feeder when it's empty. When the weight of the
feeder is higher than that value we can assume that the feeder is not empty and has objects in it.

iii) Colour sensor (TCS230)


This colour sensor has red, green, blue colour filters in it. So it can break any visible colour
in to these 3 primary colours. Then the sensor converts the detected colour to a frequency.
The T0 and T1 timers can be used to calculate the frequency. First we have to make the one timer
as a counter and using the second timer to generate a timing interval over which the first can
count.
So the Unknown frequency = Counter/ timer
For example, if the counter .counts 200 pulses over an interval of .1 second generated by the timer,
the frequency = 200/.1 = 2000 Hz
