NRY Waste Engine Oil Recycling Machine

Did you know that used motor oil never wears out? It just gets dirty and can be recycled, re-refined, and then used again. Recycling
used motor oil conserves a natural resource (oil) and is good for the environment too! Motor oil poured onto the ground or into storm
drains, or tossed into trash cans (even in a sealed container) can contaminate and pollute the soil, groundwater, streams, and rivers.
Recycling your used motor oil reduces this pollution threat. When you take your used oil to a certified center for recycling, you are
protecting the environment, conserving a valuable resource, and getting paid for it. That's a winning combination!

NRY Engine Oil Recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel
engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery lubrication oil. NRY series are able to effectively remove
colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil. Specially, NRY can restore the color of used oil and remove
the scent rapidly.

Working principle of NRY:

A) the waste oil enter into the Pre-filter to remove the big impurities, the precision of the filter can reach to 50 micron, then the oil flow
into the reactor;
B) add chemical Water Glass (Sodium silicate) and TEPA (TetraethylenPentamine) into the reactor, blend the chemical with the oil, then
start to heat.
C) when the oil temperature up to 120-140℃,start the motor and add Activity White Clay, heat and mix it continuously for 10-15 min.
D) at the meantime, the gas and the water will be exhaust by the exhaust fan and condenser
E) Finally, the oil which mixed with the chemical will flow into the filter tank. there are many strainers in the filter tank, and the gap
were be designed between two strainers.
F) After treating, the clean oil will be pushed into the filter by pressure and flow into the outlet pipe(the oil color can reach up to No.2
and the precision is less than 10-20 micron). At the same time, the residues and the chemicals(no any acid) were saved in the gap,
which can be took out after finishing treat the oil.
You can burn or bury these residues directly, without any poison. or you also can take them as fuel or bitumen to pave the road.
Note: it will need three additive to refine the waste oil, 1: Activity white clay; 2. Water Glass (Sodium Silicate); 3.TEPA
(TetraetgylenPentamine), after you make the order, we will send the specification and ratio to you.
