Priority Issue The Summer Outing of Sales Department Employees

Objective (s) 1. To increase the business knowledge, so that the team and
individual members can take on more responsibility
2. To encourage problem solving, innovation and leadership for
specific projects or tasks. The leader delegates to the team, or
to small project groups.
3. To modify or change the processes so that they take on more
responsibility. Team meetings reduce, team project teams
increase. Leadership of projects or meetings rotates.
4. To get the team to set its own goals.
Activities QUICK TEAM BUILDING GAMES

Games of Possibilities- This team building exercise inspires

creativity and individual innovation.

Purpose Mingle-Objective- Improves meeting productivity and

makes attendees think about how they’re going to contribute,
rather than just what they hope to get out of the meeting.

OUTDOOR TEAM BUILDING GAMES

Scavenger Hunt- Great team bonding exercise that helps break

up office cliques by encouraging people to work with
colleagues from other teams, departments, or just social circles.

Human Knot- This game for team building relies heavily on

good communication and teamwork. It also results in a lot of
great stories for the water cooler chat in the workplace.

ICE BREAKER GAMES

The Barter Puzzle- This activity will rely heavily on problem

solving and leadership skills.

The Blind Drawing- This exercise inspires team creativity in

problem solving.

Action Needed We need to fully discuss the proposal about 2017 Summer
Outing in Pico De Loro Country Club with the Head of the
Department, Board and as well as to our President.
