Greetings!

The officers and members of our organization have requested me to convey to you the following
for your kind information and favorable consideration:

1. THAT our organization is signifying intention to apply for accreditation as a non-

governmental organization in the local special bodies as manifested in the herewith
attached Board Resolution No. _______, series of 2017 (see Annex “A”);

2. THAT our organization has a clear institutional vision and mission duly supported and
strengthened by our organizational goals and objectives enumerated in Annex “B” of
this application;

3. THAT we unequivocally declare our unswerving belief that once accredited, we

could truly serve the public in the efficient, effective, safe and accountable public
transportation, which is the heart and soul of our organization;

4. AND THAT we are optimistic that with this feasible commitment at hand, we can move
onward to greater bounds in committed and pro-active public service through good
public transport service.
