C. Critical Risk
Foremost, our main competitors are the manufacturers of the eco-friendly bags which are being
sold in the leading malls nationwide. Next paper bags are very in demand nowadays especially with teens
and office workers. Paper bags are also concern for the welfare of the environment for they are made from
recycled materials, and they themselves could be recycled as well. Last but not least, the branded bags.
Branded bags may affect our sales because of their popularity and proven quality in the market. On the
other hand, eiBAG, our new line of eco- friendly bag is not only durable, but also affordable. Available in
wide variety of types and designs which would surely find the one that would blend with the consumer’s
personality and lifestyle. eiBAG also promotes individualism with its unique designs and personalized
trinket including the owner’s name on it. Wearing one would be like walking side-by-side with a touch of the
consumers’ soul and personality.
The business team will utilize possible means to reach the customers effortlessly such as internet
postings, and conventional merchandising. There will also be discounts for bulk orders and special promos.
One of the risks of the business is that the use of plastic bags cannot be easily eradicated due to
its affordability and availability. In addition, its greatest risk would be having a similar business as eiBAG.
However, we can take advantage of the growing public awareness regarding environmental issues.
Besides, we can prevent the risks through innovation. To illustrate, we’ll have more creative designs and
styles in future productions. Furthermore we’ll emphasize the environmental concept but maintaining the
individuality and style that is provided by other commercially available shopping bags.

V. Organizational/Management Plan

A. Members of the team

B. Team’s contribution to the business

The Manager shall have the responsibility to lead the team in operating and sustaining the
business. She shall be the head of all transactions including the activities and the approval of every matter
regarding the business.

The Assistant Manager on Administration and Human Resources shall have the responsibility
in monitoring the duties and activities of all the employees of the business. Also, he shall be the assistant
of the Manager in the field of administering the business.

monitoring the production of the bags and other products. All the supervision in designing of customized
bags and other products falls under her duty.

and delivery the finished products. Also, financial duties and responsibilities, including auditing and
sponsoring, shall be taken by him.

designing of the bags. The advertisements shall also be done and supervised by him.

This business also needs employees that might help the planners in operating it. These employees
will be the ones to do more technical and practical tasks that might aid the business in providing qualitative
and quantitative products. Also, sponsors for advertisements and business partners that may give financial
support to the business can be part of the team. This will help the team to give more benefits to their
customers.

VI. Operational Plan

A. Schedule of Activities for Operations

Every activity that should be done in the operations should have a schedule for us to have right
management of time. All the tasks would be assigned and be monitored by the Manager. First, in getting
raw materials from the supplier, our Assistant Manager on Supplies and Logistics should be the one
responsible for it every three weeks. Then, he would also bring these raw materials to the location of the
production. Second, the Assistant Manager on Marketing and Advertisement should be the one to
coordinate with the printing press that would make the logo for the products. He would also get the tags
with print from the said press. Third, the Assistant Manager on Operations and Productions should be the
one to supervise the employees in making the products. She’s also tasked to bring the finished products to
the shop. Lastly, the selling of the products would be administered by the Assistant Manager on
Administration and Human Resources.

B. Monitoring and Evaluation

To be able to say that a business is successful, the team must sustain the achievements that they
made. Sustaining a business is like upholding the beauty of a plant that is why keeping an eye in everything
happening is so important. The team agreed upon the decision of having the contributions for the capital
