You want to create a report for which user-defined texts should be displayed. The report cannot be created since the long text of the user-defined text contains a
character <LF> (hexadecimal: 000A). To be able to generate the report, you must correct the long text. If the number of occurrences is rather small, you can do this
manually in specification management. To determine and (if required) correct these occurrences, this SAP Note provides a new analysis and adjustment report. Note
that this report is only able to correct the mentioned error automatically, so that other characters that cannot be displayed may still be available in the long text. If you
use the report, you should threfore still check the corrected long texts after the run to manually remove further errors, if required. The required information for this is
available from the output of the report.
