Project Title: Comparative Study of Bio Scouring and Normal Scouring on cotton fabric and its effect on dyeing.
 Open bath technique is used for normal And Bio scouring.

Methodology

 Increased solar energy collection efficiency using solar automatic tracker from 43% to 67%
Deliverables  Designed cooling fan that gives cool air for 4-5 hours in night without using photovoltaic cells
 Achieved rise of 3% inenergy conversion efficiency as compared to earlier proposed solar air cooler.

Project Title: Vocational Training in PTPS
 Process-mappingof DM(Demineralised) water and Cooling water circulation in the system.
 Examined the working and the set-up time required for the equipment involved in material handling.
Methodology  Assessed the percentage utilization of labour with the help of a Multiple activity chart.
 Studied the inventory system and quality management at CHP (Coal Handling Plant)
 Evaluated the efficiency as well as the effectiveness of the boiler and turbine section.
 Appreciated by the plant manager for suggesting better Preventive Maintenance techniques.
Deliverables  Recommended solutions to achieve15% increase in percentage utilization of labour.
 Reduced the time content of activities by changing layout of the control room.
