BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE ADMITTED FACTS


That the private complainant suffered physical injuries at around 12 o’clock
in the afternoon of December 25, 2016 due a squabble with the accused.

B. PROPOSED STIPULATION OF FACTS


1. That there was a physical squabble between the accused
and the private complainant on December 26, 2016
2. That the physical squabble resulted to the physical
injuries.
3. That the private complainant sufficiently provoked the
accused to engage in such physical squabble by being the
first to inflict unlawful aggression, and danger upon the
person of the accused.
4. That the accused only defended himself and prevented the
private complainant to inflict injuries upon him.

C. ISSUE/S:
Whether or not the prosecution proves that the accused did not
act in self-defense, thus guilty of the crime as charged.
OR
1. Whether or not the accused committed the crime charged;
2. Whether or not they were guilty thereof.

D.WITNESSES

1. Accused Dennis Dorington to testify on the matters and


circumstances attending the injuries sustained by the victim;
2. Dr. Rolex Gonzales, to testify on the veracity of the findings stated
in the medical report of Aniceto Blace.
3. Other witnesses are hereby reserved.
