Alligator Crawl

● Lie face down on the floor with elbows bent.


● Move along the floor in alligator fashion, keeping the hands close to the body
and the feet pointed out.
● First, use unilateral movements (right arm and leg moving together--then
change to cross-lateral movements.)
Kangaroo Jump
-Carry the arms close to the chest with
palms facing forward.

-Place a beanbag or ball between the


knees.

-Move in different directions by taking


small jumps without dropping the
object.
Puppy Dog Run

-Place the hands on the floor, bending the arms and legs slightly.
-Walk and run like a happy puppy.
-Look straight ahead. Keeping the head up, in good position,
strengthens the neck muscles.
-Go sideward, backward, and so on. Turn around in place.
Circuit Training Center #1: Repeat until the music stops

25 Jumping jacks Jump rope for 30 seconds

Run back and forth

between designated lines 10 push ups


Circuit Training Center #2: Hula Hoops!
1. Swing hula hoop in a circular motion around arms as instructed.
2. Hula hoop (twist around waist).
3. Use hula hoop as a jump rope.
4. Place hula hoop around one ankle and spin around while jumping
over the hula hoop with your opposite foot.

I will instruct you how to do each activity. Keep trying these


activities until the music stops. Do your best!
Circuit Training Center #3: Repeat 4 times

Cone #1: Grapevine to the next cone. Cone # 2: Skip to the next cone.

Cone #4: Walk to the next cone. Cone #3: Gallop to the next cone.
Partner Get Ups
1. Stand facing your partner with feet hip-width and shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold your partner’s hand so that you are holding hands right to right or left to
left.
3. One partner will sit on the ground and roll back onto their back.
4. The partner who is standing will assist their partner to the floor with resistance
and assist them to get back into standing position.
5. Repeat between partners until music stops.
Partner Tug of War
-Each team of two people will place a rope vertically

on the ground.

-When the whistle blows, each person will pick up their

end of the rope and begin to use their body weight as

resistance.

-Continue to pull on the rope until instructed to stop.


Partner Leg Throws
- One partner will lie on their back while the other stands right behind their head.
- The partner on the ground will place their hands on the partner’s ankles and hold them tight.
- The partner on the ground will lift their legs up and back toward their partner keeping legs straight
and close together.
- The standing partner will grab their feet and “throw” them back towards the ground.
- The partner on the ground should be sure to resist from having their feet hit the floor.
- Repeat 10 times each.
