Batangas City, to be our true and lawful attorney, for us and in our names, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts, deeds and things to wit:

1. To sell, transfer and convey at whatever price and terms and conditions that they may deem
proper and fit, to whosoever may buy or purchase our property consisting of _______ square
meters located at Brgy. Tabangao, Batangas City, designated as Cadastral Lot No.
_______________ and covered by Tax Declartion No. ___________________;

2. To accept and collect full payment in their names collectively and/or jointly, the proceeds of
sale of the above-described property and sign for the receipt thereof;

3. To sign and execute the Deed of Absolute Sale, any and all documents of sale, transfer or
conveyance of the aforementioned property;

4. To pay any and all unpaid or accrued property taxes, capital gains and other taxes or transfer
fees, if necessary, to effect the registration of the sale and the transfer of title of the said
property to the buyer or purchaser of the same;

5. To engage the services of sales brokers, sales associates, sales agents, lawyer/s, and other
professionals or real estate practitioners, if necessary, to source-out reputable and capable
buyer/s, and ensure the orderly sale of the property and to pay their respective fees and/or
commissions from out of the proceeds of sale of the same;

6. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the
execution and finalization of sale, transfer or conveyance of the said property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorneys-in-fact full power and authority
to do whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully
to all intents and purpose as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorneys-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under
and by virtue of these presents.
