Mail appears in date order when in the mailbox but when clicking the quick view mail icon
on the top right of the screen, it does not show in the same order
Clicking “Profile” and “Develop SHr) brings the same menu
Clicking on profile in that drop down does not do anything
The icons on the very bottom of the navigation bar do not show and do not do anything
(Logout works)

1. The Subscribe-HR icon is blurry

4. When trying to resend or cancel a deployment in “onboarding/offboarding” the
buttons do not work
5. advance search in “onboarding/offboarding” works but the “add group” is confusing
and based on the name I can’t immediately grasp what the purpose is

6. In “Performance Reviews” you are unable to click on an employee and go to his/her
profile
7. In “Performance Reviews” at the very bottom it seems that there is another menu
exactly as what’s above, and when searching for something that doesn’t yield any
results, it indents itself underneath the current menu
8. In “Performance Reviews” the page numbers at the bottom show ‘1,2,3,4..’ but when
another page is clicked, it reduces the page numbers to just ‘1,2’ (this will remain that
way until the page is exited and revisited)

9. In “feedback”, both the widgets, and the action plan have unnecessary scroll bars on
the side
10. The text in “feedback” changes from section to section, and doesn’t look professional
11. In “feedback” there is another “feedback” section, perhaps change it to “peer
comments”
12. In “feedback”, in the “feedback” section, there is 2 images not displaying (top right
and from user “null null”
13. In “feedback”, in the “feedback” section, there is a bar where you can add feedback
on peers, I feel like that should be a different section or button for example “add peer
feedback”, because that bar looks more like a search bar for content rather than
adding peer feedback

Employees
Deleting employees does not work when done from the search menu (works when done
inside the record)
When trying to clone some employees this error occurs: “Job start date cannot be before
employee actual start date” even when its not
Property
 When creating property (from inside an employee record), there is an empty dropdown
with no reference when looking at the code library
Certificates and licences
 When creating a new record, it automatically sets “current” to “no” even though all dates
are correct (cant change)
 When trying to clone jobs this error occurs: “Job start date cannot be before employee
actual start date” even when it’s not
Absence
 “clone” button is redundant as the cloning a record will create 2 records with the same dates
set as leave, (which will produce an error)
 “more” then “delete” does work (for all)
 Clicking “Full Change History” makes the item load indefinitely (for all)
Leave balances
 There are some records that are missing a mandatory field

 Field sizes are not optimised to the content
