Project #1
My Name is Noah
My name is Noah. One day God told me, “There’s a big flood coming. Build a big
boat for you and your family.” Find the circle on this page.
So I built the big boat, just like God told me. Where is the circle on this page?
When the boat was finished, two of every animal came and got on board. Then I told
my family, “Hurry up and get inside.” Where are the squares on these two pages?
When everyone was in the ark, God closed the door. Soon the rain began. It rained
for forty long days and forty long nights. Find the rectangle on this page.
It rained so hard that soon there was no dry land. But everyone in my big boat was
safe and dry. Where is the rectangle on this page?
After the rain stopped, the water started to go down. I sent a dove out to look for dry
land. Find the triangle on this page.
One day, the dove did not come back. “She must have found a dry place to stay!” I
said. Where’s the triangle on this page?
When all the water was gone, everyone came out of the big boat. “Thank you, God,
for saving us from the flood,” I said. God put a rainbow in the sky and promised never to
flood the whole world again. Find the curve on these two pages.
What other shapes do you see?
