The Project Development Institute (PDI) is deeply committed to support the struggles of the

indigenous peoples for their ancestral domain claim through the implementation of Indigenous
Peoples Rights Act (IPRA). To pursue this initiative, PDI is committed to work with the IPs,
together with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP). With this public-
private partnership (PDI-NCIP-IP people’s organizations), the Aetas were able to reclaim their
ancestral domain title and together developed the Ancestral Domain Sustainable Development
and Protection Plan (ADSDPP) of Barangays Belbel, Burgos, Moraza and Villar of the
municipality of Botolan, Zambales.
