My Life Line Project

This assignment is focused on you -- your life and the steps you will be taking to reach the goals you
have set. I hope you both enjoy and learn from your “Life Line” project.

Requirements:
 Size – White Butcher Paper – 24x36 inches
 Finished product must have a colorful border all the way around the poster.
 Your poster should be appropriate for school.
 Students will present their completed “Life Line” project in a 2-minute informal presentation.
 Project Due Date: ______________
 Project will be turned in and presented that day.
 Originality, creativity, neatness and completeness are the keys to a good grade!

Additional Requirements:
1. Name – place your first and last name on the front of the poster in a creative manner.
2. I am poem—create your own short poem describing yourself.
3. Goal for next year – Footprint [trace your own foot] = on the foot place a goal and 3 steps
to achieve it
4. Personal Life Line—birth to present with 12 significant events in your life along the way

Example: a red cape to represent the book Little Red Riding Hood or a fish
to represent the book Rainbow Fish.

Example: a pointy hat to represent Harry Potter or a piece of pie to represent The

The boards / presentation will be graded on whether they contain all the elements above as well as the
following:
 Accuracy
 Originality
 Attractiveness
 Oral Presentation
