• There should be a centralised material management team co-
ordination between the site and the organization.
• Proper control, tracking and monitoring of the system is required.
• Awareness and accountability should be created within the
organization.
• Firms employing proper material management system are seen to

• The wastage of materials should also be minimised during
construction in order to avoid loss of profit for construction
companies.
