To receive FNOA (Final Notice of acceptance) the following is to be done

1. Duly signed hardcopies of Provisional Notice of Acceptance, Statement of Fee and Student Indemnity Form to be
submitted.

2. Below mentioned documents have to be Notarized and submitted

a. School completion and/or Grade 12 certificate

b. Diploma in Nursing

c. Nursing Council Registration

3. If your studies was not in English Language- Proof that you can understand, read, write & speak English.

Guidance: You can always contact your Enrollment Advisor, Admission officer or Student welfare officer at any time for
your queries or doubts which is related to the program and the documents.

Validity:

1. This Provisional Notice of Acceptance is Valid only after it is e-signed as stated above.

2. Any PNOA issued before this date has been rendered invalid.

3. Your admission is fully effected & you shall be enrolled as our student only after FNOA is issued.
