LEADERSHIP______________________________________________________________________

 As a master’s level clinician, I supervise bachelor’s level clinicians towards the engagement
of appropriate interventions to utilize from treatment plans for client success, furthermore,
I provide support for clinicians towards modification of interventions to help increase
success of treatment for clients.

 As a clinician and consultant, I oversee and supervise all treatment within my caseloads;
assuring that treatment plans are current, releases and paperwork are updated and
implementation of services are within compliance.

 As a clinician, I attend psychiatric evaluations to provide input towards the continuation of


services for clients, additionally; I provide diagnosing for incoming clients during the intake
process within the outpatient setting.

 As a clinician within the NHS outpatient clinic, I began a successful adolescent group to help
provide solutions for teens pertaining to anger management, developing self-esteem,
education attainment etc. The group is currently within the third rotation. I create and
design curriculum/ procedures of the group, furthermore, I co’facilitate the group on a
weekly basis. Additionally, the adolescent group provides opportunities for NHS interns. I
provide guidance and support for interns who participate in the group process. The
previous group intern was recently accepted within an MSW program, she credits her
experiences within the group setting as a factor towards her success.

 As a clinician and consultant, I refer families who need assistance in areas such as
afterschool programs, crisis response, legal concerns, blended case management, food and
educational support. Previous resources I have utilized for families include Girls
Incorporated, The Boys and Girls Club, Salvation Army, Friends Hospital, CHOP, Horsham
Partial Clinic, Belmont Behavioral Health, Germantown Hospital, North Light Community
Center, NHS Blended Case Management Department, Philadelphia Legal Assistance.

 As a student, I volunteered within a soup kitchen in Philadelphia, which further deepened


my knowledge of how important it is to continue programs that serves our homeless and
underprivileged populations, we must never reduce funding or focus towards helping this
population recuperate. I also acquired the opportunity to volunteer within the empty bowl
at Chestnut Hill College, additionally; I viewed the creativity within volunteering while
raising funds to reduce the plight of hunger. These are areas that I will continue to serve
and volunteer within throughout my professional career.
