9:20 Ask students to stand in a line in the classroom. Hand each individual a Mental Health Card (positives and negatives
of mental health). Have one end of the classroom being positive, one end of the classroom negative and the middle
being unsure. Get the students to individually place the cards where they believe it belongs. Once all the. Cards have
been placed on the floor, go around and pick up a few cards (one at a time) and discuss as a class why it is in that
category.
