and opinion by the respondents are subject to personal bias.
 Since the study deals with the sensitive area of an organization, so it is difficult to
extract the accurate information from the employees.
RESERCH METHODOLOGY
A good research work requires a clear scientific methodology because only through
the application of correct methodology in selection of sampling techniques, appropriate tools
of date collection.
SOURCES OF DATA

PRIMARY DATA
Primary data are those data that are collected a fresh for the first time and that original
in nature.
SECONDARY DATA
Secondary data are those data that have been collected by someone else and which
have already been passed through the statistical process. Secondary data here has been
collected form company profile, product profile of the company, newspapers, magazines and
general discussion with company per channels. The Primary and Secondary is collect through
the questionnaire.

SAMPLE SIZE
The sample size of the study is 100 respondents in aavin dairy.
SAMPLE DESIGN
A sample design is a definite than for obtaining a sample from a given population. It
refers to the technique or the procedure the researcher would adopt in selecting items for the
sample i.e., the size of sample. Same design is determined before dw2ata are collected. There
are many sample designs from which a researcher can choose.

CONVENIENCE SAMPLING
The sample units are selected according to the convenience of the investigator or
researcher. A sample obtained form per month employees and temporary employees who
have previous dealing with the employer and company.
It is one in which he only criterion for electing the sampling unit is the convenience of
the samples.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Research design constitutes the blue print of collection, measures and analysis of data.
In specific terms, a research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and
analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research prose with
economy in procedure.

DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH DESIGN

Descriptive research studies are those studies, which are concerned with describing
the characteristic of a particular individual, or of a group. The studies concerned with specific
predictions, with narration of facts and characteristics concerning individual group or
situation are all examples of descriptive research studies. Most of the social research comes
under this category.
Descriptive / Conclusive research as the name indicates, seeks to draw conclusions
about effects of marketing or consumer variables on other variables like sales or consumer
preferences. This is usually done through a proper research methodology, rigorously designed
sampling plans and field work and appropriate analytical techniques. Conclusive research
may follow exploratory research in cases where the area of investigation is new. If the field
of investigation is not new, it may be a routing activity, repeated every year or half year or
quarter as per the need.
Descriptive research is more likely to use statistical tests, advanced analytical
techniques and larger sample sizes, compared with exploratory studies. Descriptive research
is also more likely to use quantitative techniques are necessarily better, but it is a fact they are
more easily understood by the sponsors of most marketing research.

QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN
For the purpose of the survey, a structured questionnaire was prepared and distributed

Salem. This study is based on primary and secondary data.
STATISTICAL TOOLS

 Chi-Square Test analysis

CHI-SQUARE TEST ANALYSIS

The Chi-square test is an important test amongst the several tests of significance
developed by statisticians. It can also used to make comparisons between theoretical
populations and actual data when categorized used. The chi-square test is applicable is large
number of problems. It is statistical measure used in the context of sampling analysis for
comparing a variance to a theoretical variance.

CHI-SQUARE IS CALCULATED BY
X^2=∑(Oi-Ei)^2
___________________
Ei

Oi = Observed frequency of the cell in ith row and j th column

Ei = Expected frequency of the cell in ith row and j th column
