JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF MARGARETTE GALVEZ

OFFER OF EVIDENCE:

We are presenting the testimony of MARGARETTE

GALVEZ, of legal age, married, resident of 49E Barangay New
Lucban, Baguio City, and a lawyer by profession, to prove the
following: that she knows the apartment subject-matter of the
complaint; that she will testify on facts and circumstances that
transpired during the execution of the contract of lease; as well
as such other related matters. This judicial affidavit was taken
and in question and answer form and on February 1, 2018, in
the office of Atty. Marchellene Caday-Atitiw at 01 Puso ng
Baguio, Upper Session Road Baguio City.

Q. 1. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: Madam witness, will you

please state your name,
residence and other personal
circumstances

WITNESS: I am Margarette Galvez, of legal

age, resident of 49E Barangay
New Lucban, Baguio City, and
a lawyer by profession.
Q. 2. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: Madam witness, do you know
the apartment subject-matter
of this case?

WITNESS: Yes, Ma’am.

Q.3. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: Why do you know this

property?

WITNESS: Because I lease one of the

units in the apartment, Ma’am.

Q.4. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: Do you know the parties in

this case?

WITNESS: Yes, Ma’am. The plaintiff

is my land lady and the
respondent is my next-door
neighbor.

Q.5. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: On January 1, 2010, what

transpired if any?

WITNESS: I was asked by the plaintiff and

the respondent to witness the
signing of the contract of lease
in the office of Atty. Corpusen
in Puso ng Baguio Bldg.

Q.6. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: What did you tell them, if any?

WITNESS: I told them that it’s okay,

Ma’am.

Q.7. ATTY. CADAY-ATITIW: What happened in the office of

Attorney Corpusen?

WITNESS: They talked about the terms of

the contract, Ma’am and when
they both agreed, the secretary
of the lawyer drafted the
contract.

Q.8. ATTY. CADAY ATITIW: What happened next, if any?

WITNESS: The lawyer gave us time to

read the contract, Ma’am. Then

 we all signed the contract in
the present of one another and
of Atty. Corpusen.

Q.9.ATTY CADAY ATITIW: That would be all. Thank you.
