Fixed Issues

1. Not able to save Account managed manual lookup suppliers after we move to QA Validation
stage. – Fixed
2. Grouping of Duplicate suppliers is not saved/merged. -Fixed
3. Currently we are doing both Production and QA in the production stage, since some of the
results (Account managed manual lookup suppliers) are not able to save after moving it to
next stage (QA Validation stage). -Fixed
4. Need Export Option after production – for sending De-dupe keys to Classification team. –
Fixed
5. Dedupe key given by tool is incorrect – Fixed
6. System gets hung (solution - Duplicate the session - Fixed)
7. Not able to save AM Results - Fixed
8. Name and address/country, name only results are being given. When manually searched,
the supplier is available in the database. – Fixed
9. Didn’t select highest buyer count ANID (Tool gives preference to the transacting supplier) –
Fixed
10. Name and Address – country is not correct although it is high confidence; matched ANID
country is wrong – This issue still persists – Fixed
Suggested matches – For single ANID, we were getting wrong countries - Fixed
11. Same dedupe key for different suppliers – Fixed
12. Buyer results not populated in Post GUI report. – Fixed

Need to Check and Fix it

1. Buyer results with “Pending” status is being populated in the Final output. – Need to check.
2. Same serial number/ID/suppliers is getting created twice/multiple – This issue still persists.
3. Buyer match is not being populated in proposed matches (P1 and P2).- Need to Check.
4. Log off issue – Already updated the issue. Team will let us know if we have this issue very
often.
5. We were getting wrong SAM results on 25th and 26th Oct, Since there was SAM database update.
Due to this we had to fix this issue manually – This issue is fixed now, but we need notification
whenever there is a DB update, so that we can plan the production accordingly. – Fixed
6. Need to check Input country and transactional information in Post GUI Report.
Suggestions:

1. Making De-dupe key as Unique – Suggestion - Need to check an option of creating button in
the Tool.
2. Need option of Country column in proposed matches. – Suggestion - Need to check
3. Need option to filter in Country column – Suggestion - option like “is null” or “Not null”. – Need
to Check
4. Tax ID column is not displayed in the view - Suggestion - (Solution - will be done).
5. Need to check easiest way to do QA. Currently we have to drill down each supplier and check it.
It is time consuming. – Suggestion - Need to Check
6. Sorting of multiple columns (an arrow is required to identify which column sorting is there) –
Suggestion - Need to check on this option.
7. All the probable matches can’t be selected (communicated during testing time) (solution –
better than access) – Suggestion - Need to check since we have to drill down each supplier for
name only results.
8. Big files take time (for saving, sorting) – Lag time – Need to check – Can’t be fixed for now
9. Greater than 500 per page, the time is increasing – Can’t fix it for now
10. Filtering entire page or more than 1000 records takes time. Huge file will take long time to filter
the all the suppliers in single page (Still not tested this option for Huge file). – Can’t fix for now
