1. GENERAL
This requitition covers the requirement for Piping Material controlling and storing, Fabrication and
Installation of Piping Work including, Piping Welding (shop and field work), Painting Work (blasting
painting at shop and Field Painting), Insulation, and Pipe Support Installation Work to be performed
and completed by SUBCONTRACTOR for “PROYEK REVITALISASI PABRIK GULA MOJO”,
located in Sragen, Jawa Tengah.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform and complete the work in strict accordance with the requirements
contained in this requirements contained in this Requisition.

2. REFRENCE DOCUMENTS
2.1. Part of The Requititions
The requirement contained in the following documents shall form a part of this requisition :
1. Scope of Direct Work
2. Scope of Indirect Work
3. Drawings
4. Piping Work Volume (Shop and Field)
5. Painting Work Volume (Shop and Field Blasting Painting)
6. Master Schedule
7. Etc.

2.2. Order of Precedence


If there is any discrepancy among the documents forming this requisition, the order of precedence shall
be as indicated below :
Order of Precedence Documents
(1) The body of this Requisition
(2) Work Volume
(3) Drawings (if Any)
(4) Others

Notes :
a. If there is any discrepancy between the local laws/regulations and the document listed herein
above, the more stringent requirements shall govern.
b. If there is any discrepancy in the documents that hold the same order of precedence,

SUBCONTRACTOR shall consult with the CONTRACTOR on such discrepancy for


clarification.
c. Should there be any conflicts between the information supplied in the documents,
SUBCONTRACTOR shall notify CONTRACTOR and obtain written
clarification of the points question before the submission of his quotation. In general the more
rigorous technical requirement will govern.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

3.1 SUBCONTRACTOR Scope of Supply


SUBCONTRACTOR scope of Supply shall include the following :
(x) Construction drawing (x) Supply of Documents
(x) Temporary Office (x) Field Inspection and Testing
(x) Temporary Material (x) Handling Material
(x) Tools & Consumable (x) Special Tools (if any)
(x) Temporary Storage (x) Spool Marking
For more detailed scope of work including direct and indirect are described on Attachment-2.
3.2 SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide labor, equipment, heavy equipment and other items or
services necessary to complete the work.
3.3 SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform and complete the work on his cost and responsible to the
job under his scope.

4. SUBCONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE

4.1. SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit the technical documents in accordance with the
Attachment-1, SUBCONTRACTOR’s Data Requirement Sheet.
4.2. Language to be used in the documents shall be English
4.3. Units to be used in the documents shall be METRIC units. (use inches for nominal size for
piping components)

5. DEVIATION AND/OR ALTERNATIVE

5.1. Any deviation from and/or alternative of this requisition shall not be permitted except the
SUBCONTRACTOR provide an valuable data for the deviation and/or alternative offered with
SUBCONTRACTOR’s quotation and consented in writing by Purchaser.

5.2. If SUBCONTRACTOR intends any deviation from and/or alternative of this requisition,

SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit the deviation and/or alternative list containing detailed
comparisons between Contractor requirements and SUBCONTRACTOR recommendations.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall obtain Contractor approval.

6. MANPOWER
6.1. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all of direct manpower including unskiller labor, skiller labor
up to foreman to perform the Work.
6.2. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all of safety accessories, necessities, insurance and others for
his manpower.

7. EQUIPMENT & TOOLS


7.1. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide adequate Heavy Equipment, Equipment, and tools to
complete the piping work including its accessories, operator, spare parts, maintenance equipments
or crews, permit to work and other related to the construction work especially piping work.
7.2. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide adequate Equipment and tools required for Blasting Painting
eiter shop or field work including its accesories, operator, spare parts, maintenance equipments
or crews, permit to work and other related to the construction work especially piping painting
work
7.3. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide adequate Equipment and tools required for Insulation work
including its accesories, operator, spare parts, maintenance equipments or crews, permit to work
and other related to the construction work especially insulation work.
7.4. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide adequate Heavy Equipment , Equipment, and tools to
complete material control and storing for piping work.

8. WORK SCHEDULE
8.1. SUBCONTRACTOR Shall Carry out and Complete The Work based on available schedule for
the construction of piping (please refer to Attachment # 9 - Overall Schedule of construction).
8.2. Subcontractor shall prepare and submit a Construction Detailed Schedule with his Quotation,
8.3. If in CONTRACTOR’s evaluation, the Subcontractor’s work performance is not meet the
schedule, the Subcontractor shall make an effort to meet the schedule by manpower and/or
construction equipment mobilization/additional. In this case, the Subcontractor shall not claim
any additional cost.

9. QUOTATION
9.1. Work Volume
The quantities given in “Work Volume” are tentative and provisional for quotation preparation and
did not represent the Final Bill of Quantities

Subcontractor shall prepare and submit the execution plans and procedures for the work according to
the job specification, local law and regulation, and CONTRACTOR instructions to obtain
CONTRACTOR approval before commence the work.

10. REJECTION

10.1. The Subcontractor shall carry out and complete the Work in a professional manner
that ensures safety and quality of the product within the tight schedule. Regarding the
quality case, the Subcontractor shall pay attention to the QA/QC requirement and
Safety Environmental Procedure. For this purpose, upon the requested by
CONTRACTOR, the Subcontractor shall submit for approval execution procedures for
various work items. The procedures are prepared on the basis of the given
specifications and drawings before the execution of those items of work.
10.2. During the execution of the work CONTRACTOR and other Subcontractors may be
working simultaneously at the job site. In such event the Subcontractor shall keep a
harmonious relationship with other and shall comply with CONTRACTOR
Construction Manager's instructions or arrangements that may be given to the
Subcontractor to minimized any delay of the work. The Subcontractor shall not claim
any additional cost that may incur as a result of such instructions or arrangements
