Conclusion

What are effective classroom management

strategies in early childhood education?
Conclusions
➢ Teachers who implement classroom management strategies at the
beginning of the year make their lives significantly easier

➢ Teachers can can allow students to have autonomy over their bodies and
actions and how they affect their learning

➢ Teachers benefit from implementing non-verbal classroom management

strategies
Implications on Me as a Future Teacher
➢ Push me to further my knowledge on various effective classroom
management strategies

➢ Inspire me to practice various techniques and see which strategy works

best for my students and I

➢ Motivate me to speak with my colleagues from lower grades about what

strategies they use to understand the strategies my students already
know
Recommendations:
➢ Talk with administration and other
teachers to see what strategies they
are using

➢ Make strategies widely known

so that the children see them
repeatedly

teacher is to be able to say ‘The children
are now working as if I do not exist.’”
