AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, TIA DALMA, of legal age, married, and a resident of 1012, Saray St.,
Basak Malutlut, Marawi City, after having duly sworn in accordance with the law,
do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a witness in the abovementioned case;

2. That I know the accused Jack Sparrow as he lives in our barangay

for several years;

3. That on or about February 7, 2018 around 7:30 in the evening, I

was tending to ,my sari-sari store located in the abovementioned
address when I noticed that there were two men fighting just across
the street;

4. There were no lights in that area so it was quite dark but from the
lights provided by the nearby houses, I was able to notice that one
man was wearing a blue shirt and the other man was wearing a
yellow shirt;

5. Upon seeing the fight, I went inside my house to look for my sons
so that they can help me stop the fight. When I located them, we
immediately proceeded outside. Upon arriving thereat, I, together
with my sons, saw that the man wearing a blue shirt fell on the
ground while the man wearing a yellow shirt was standing next to
him. when I shouted “hoy” at him, he looked back and I immediately
recognized him to be Jack Sparrow;

6. Upon seeing us, Jack Sparrow immediately fled. I did not know that
he stabbed the other man so I did not bother to ask my sons to run
after him. Upon taking a closer on the man who fell to the ground, I
recognized him to be Will Turner, the victim. I saw that there was
blood oozing from his body and there was a bloody knife next to
him. That was the time I realized that he had been stabbed;
 7. I told my son Gilbert to call for Bill Turner, Will’s father, and asked
my other son Albert to borrow the car of my brother so that we can
rush Will to the nearest hospital;

8. I, together with Bill, rushed Will to Amai Pakpak Medical Center

where the doctor who attended to him declared him to be dead on
arrival;

9. That I, being a witness to this, hereby attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statements for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this day of 15th of
